Be Part of the PAEOP 2026 Spring Conference!
Registration is OPEN! Join Educational Office Professionals from around the state April 15-17, 2026 at the Red Lion Harrisburg Hershey Hotel, for three days of professional development, wellness-centered learning, and meaningful networking.
The conference opens Wednesday afternoon with registration, followed by a warm welcome and keynote address in the evening from Suzanne Dailey, Instructional Coach for the Central Bucks School District. Her keynote session, Supporting Those Who Support Others, focuses on learning strategies that can help support and strengthen personal and professional wellness. The evening continues with a hands-on Paint Your Own Flowerpot activity, and competitive BINGO—an energizing, social kickoff to the conference.
Thursday features a full day of educational sessions beginning with breakfast and morning workshops covering topics such as the Professional Standards Program (PSP), digital safety, wellness, and personal growth. Mid-morning sessions follow, featuring consumer protection, Microsoft Office best practices, PSERS retirement planning, and wellness strategies.
The Awards and Recognition Luncheon honors member achievements, recognizes scholarship winners and provides organization updates. Afternoon sessions offer a wide range of timely topics, including Google tools, AI in the workplace, wellness foundations, active shooter preparedness, and retiree-focused financial readiness. A second block of sessions later in the afternoon expands on these themes with additional technology and safety offerings. The day concludes with a social gathering and PAEOP 2026-2028 Board of Directors Installation Dinner and Entertainment.
Friday begins with breakfast, and networking roundtables before the Annual Business Meeting. The conference culminates with the closing session, The Transformation Begins Now, delivered by Rebecca Gibboney, Director of Educational Services at LIU 12. Using the metaphor of emerging from a cocoon, she invites attendees to reflect on the growth experienced over the three days and to return to their workplaces renewed and inspired. During the closing, lunch will be provided and basket drawings will bring the conference to a celebratory finish.
We are pleased to introduce a Retiree Track, featuring two dedicated sessions designed specifically for retirees. Whether you are newly retired or have been enjoying retirement for years, these sessions will offer relevant, engaging topics and opportunities to stay connected with the PAEOP community.
The 2026 Spring Conference promises a rich blend of learning, connection, and professional empowerment—supporting those who support Pennsylvania’s educational communities every day.
