    Louise Mikowychok, CEOE (President)


    Louise Mikowychok, CEOE, has supported programs at Chester County Intermediate Unit, Downingtown, PA for the past 17 years - with the last seven years as Managed Care Billing Manager in the Home & Community Services Department of the Student Services Division. She supervises medical billing fund recovery for behavioral health service provided in school and at home for over 1000 clients.

    Louise has been an active member of PAEOP since 2000, when she served as the district special education department secretary in Solanco SD, in Lancaster County.

    Louise has earned her PSP with CEOE distinction. In 2012 Louise was awarded the Ger-trude Kopf Award of Recognition for her service to education. Early in her career Louise earned her Associates in Applied Science – COTA, and in 2012 she completed a BA in Or-ganizational Dynamics from Immaculata University. PAEOP include Region 15 Repre-sentative, Webmaster, PEPTalk Editor, and Long-Range Planning Chair. Louise served as PAEOP Membership Direc-tor for the 2016-2018 term, and was 2017 Fall Workshop Chair. Louise presently serves as President-Elect/Conference Chair for the 2018 and 2019 school years. She appreciates the opportunity to serve with dedicated members on the PAEOP Board, and values this organization’s mission of providing training opportunities and networking experiences that promote excellence in the educational office support profession.

Educational Office Support Professionals are a vital part of a stu-dent’s progress. The time spent improving their skills can only improve how they contribute to student goals.”

    Louise has been married to her husband, John, for 42 years, and has two wonderful daughters, Ellen and Laura and son-in-law Eric. She also has two precious grandchildren, Teddy and Grace. Louise spends her spare time quilting and sew-ing.

    Dawn Crossan, CEOE (President Elect)


    Dawn started at Warwick School District in 1998, doing taxes and accounting. She joined LLAEOP, the local affiliate. Joined PAEOP a year or so later when she went to her first spring conference.

    Dawn accepted a job at Pequea Valley in 2008, doing taxes, census and accounting, and is now the Accounts Payable/Purchasing Coordinator. She became the key person and encouraged Pequea Valley office professionals to join LLAEOP, as no one at PV had been a member for several years. In 2012, she was installed as the Region 9 Representative. She was installed as PAEOP Treasurer in May 2016 and served as Treasurer until the present.

    Dawn joined NAEOP several years ago to pursue the PSP certification and CEOE dis-tinction. She completed both in May, 2013. She attended the national conference in Alexandria, VA in July, where she was acknowledged nationally for receiving them, along with three others from PAEOP. She is an advocate for encouraging others to ob-tain their PSP certification.

    Bonnie J. Miller, CEOE (Immediate Past Co-President)


    Bonnie J. Miller, CEOE, is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Pace School where she has been employed for 33 years.
    She enjoys serving on the PAEOP Board of Directors and is looking forward to assist-ing President Mikowhychok, CEOE, and the incoming 2020-2022 Executive Board of Directors. In addition to the variety of roles she has served in on the PAEOP Board of Directors, she has enjoyed serving as the Professional Standard Program Chairman and would be honored to continue to assist applicants with the NAEOP sponsored program, as the PA Chairman.

    Bonnie currently serves on the NAEOP Board of Directors as the Northeast Area Di-rector and 2021 NAEOP Conference Planning Co-Chairman. She will be the incoming NAEOP Vice President effec-tive August 1, 2020.

    Her involvement with PAEOP has given her professional and personal growth, well beyond her imagination. In addi-tion, she has made life long friends, and has had the opportunity to work with and learn from very talented colleagues across the state.

    Lynelle Fitzmier, CEOE  (Immediate Past Co-President)


    Lynelle has worked in Great Valley School District in Chester County for over 25 years and serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent. She has been involved in PAEOP for many years having enjoyed a variety of positions: President, President–Elect/Conference Planning Chair, Membership Director, Fall Workshop Coordinator, Nominating Committee Co-Chair, and Regional Representative. Additionally, Lynelle has been a member of NAEOP for over 15 years and earned her CEOE distinction in 2006. She is grateful for the experiences gained through attendance at the National Con-ferences throughout the country. Lynelle appreciates the opportunities for personal and professional growth that PAEOP provides and the challenge to grow through service in the organization. She feels the best part of involvement with PAEOP is the people she has had the privilege to meet, know, work with, and call friends. With free time, Lynelle enjoys family and friends, reading, playing bells in her church bell choir, and traveling.

    Lenore Filipovic, CEOE (Secretary and Webmaster)


    Lenore Filipovic is the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent / Cabinet, and Board Recording Secretary of the Phoenixville Area School District. She is also the Office Manager for the Central office staff, and is the District Safe Schools Coordinator. Lenore started her 29+ year career as the Executive Secretary for the President of an International T-shirt manufacturer until the company closed in 2001. She then entered the education field working for the Assistant Superintendent of a large school district in Berks County, PA. Lenore earned her PSP in 2015 and looking to attain the distinction of CEOE in 2020.  She has been in her current position for over 10 years. Lenore lives in Pottstown, PA, with her husband, Michael, and daughter Emma (14). Her other three children are grown (Cole 29, Dan 26, and daughter Kasey, 23).  Lenore's "family"also includes many rescued animals - 4 dogs (Murphy, a Rottweiler/Great Pyrenees, Hank, a Husky/Shepherd mix, Cooper, a Rottweiler/Shepherd mix and Miley, a Shi Tzu/Yorkie mix) and 2 cats (Otis and Elliott).Lenore spends most of her time volunteering for different organizations, and loves watching HGTV, NASCAR, Flyers Hockey, and Eagles Football.  She enjoys spending her time knitting, painting and shopping.

    Theresa Brickley (Treasurer)


    Theresa has been with the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology (CPI) for 20 years. CPI is a Career and Technology Center that serves Centre County. Theresa currently is the Executive Secretary to the President and Secretary for the Joint Operating Committee and Local Advisory Committee. Along with these duties, Theresa also handles all aspects of payroll, time and attendance, and serves on several committees. During her employment at CPI she has served in the Accounts Payable Department and was the Attendance Secretary for six years. She has completed the Dale Carnegie course and was given the Highest Award of Achievement by her fellow classmates. Before com-ing to CPI, Theresa worked in property management. Theresa has served PAEOP as Sec-retary and Region Representative.

    She has been married to husband Gene for 29 years with a grown son (Cody) and daughter (Ashlyn) who both work at Penn State University. Theresa currently is a Committee Member for the Centre County Festival of Trees which raises money for CPI student organizations and the Centre County United Way.

    Danielle Patterson (Membership Director)


    Danielle Patterson is the Executive/Board Secretary at Armstrong Indiana (ARIN) Intermediate Unit 28 and is a current member of NAEOP and PAEOP. She plans to work toward her PSP certification and is pleased to be part of an organization dedicated to the professional growth and recognition of educational office personnel. Danielle is excited for the opportunity to serve as Membership Director and continue to work with region representatives to develop programs, initiatives, and policies to help increase PAEOP membership. Danielle currently resides in Homer City, PA. She enjoys spending time with her friends/family, reading, gardening, and walking the Hoodlebug Trail with her little dog, Rocksy.

    Wendy Swaney (Region 1 Representative)


    Wendy Swaney has been working in the Personnel Office in Millcreek Township School District, Erie, PA for 15 years. She was previously the Personnel Secretary and is currently serving as the HR Coordinator. This is Wendy’s first year as the Region 1 Representative. Wendy is thankful for the chance to represent Region 1 and looks forward to inspiring other members to join PAEOP and learn the benefits from the great staff development opportuni-ties and networking.

    Wendy and her husband Jim have been married since July 5, 2019. Together they have 3 children, Kasey, Jeremy and Cheyenne. They have a grandson, Kaisen and a granddaughter, Mylee. Wendy enjoys volunteering at her church, relaxing at the Presque Isle beaches in Erie, PA, riding her bike and ballroom dancing.

    Carla Ruscio is an Administrative Support Coordinator for the Office of Physical Plant, Power Plant, at Penn State University. She is an active member of the Penn State University Educa-tional Office Professionals (PSEOP) serving on the Awards Committee and PAEOP as Re-gion 3 Representative. For 2015 and 2016, Carla was honored to be a member of the selection committee for Gertrude E. Kopf Award. Formerly, she was School Board Secretary at Tyrone Area School District for six years and Legislative Aide to State Senator John Eichelberger for four years.

    Carla resides in Altoona with her husband, Michael, and son, Ryan. Her daughter Ashley and husband, Michael, blessed their family with twin sons, Aaron and Andrew in 2013. In 2019 they welcomed their third grandson, Asher.

    Leslie Elder (Region 4 Representative)


    Leslie Elder has worked at the Bellefonte Area School District for 24 years. She is current-ly the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Recording Secretary for the Board of School Directors. While at Bellefonte, Leslie has also served as Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent and Secretary to the Principal at the Bellefonte Area Middle School.

    Leslie has been married to Andy for more than 30 years and has two grown children. Seth lives and works in Washington, DC, and Mary lives and works in State College. They also have an adorable white dog, Bella, a feisty black cat, Hobbes, and a dear orange elderly cat, Pumpkin. Leslie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.

    This is her third year in PAEOP. She is thankful for all the great connections she has made and hopes to continue to learn and grow through PAEOP.

    Wendy Kosovac (Region 5 Representative)


    Wendy Kosovac has worked for the West Shore School District’s administrative office since 2012. Currently she serves as the Secretary to Superintendent. Prior to her current, she has held various other positions within the district. Wendy has her Bachelors of Science in Ele-mentary Education with a Mathematics Certification from Shippensburg University. She is a member of NAEOP and PAEOP, which she recently became the Region 5 representative. Wen-dy plans on beginning her PSP certification after Spring Conference. She is very thankful for the opportunity to network with so many great people across the state.
    Wendy is the proud mom of two children, Katelyn and Camden. Katelyn is a Sophomore at Penn State Harrisburg studying Kinesiology, and she plays both soccer and basketball on cam-pus. Camden is Junior at Red Land High School, and he plays soccer and tennis. Wendy en-joys attending her children’s sporting events, going to the beach, being with friends/family, shopping and listening to music.

    Sheri Moyer, CEOE (Region 6 Representative)


    Sheri Moyer, CEOE, serves as the Educational Services Specialist for the Middletown Area School District since 2013. Sheri has an Associate of Arts Degree from the Harrisburg Area Community College and has owned her own hair salon for over thirty-eight years.

    Sheri is a member of NAEOP, PAEOP, Sheri serves as a School Director in the West Shore School District where she resides and was elected Chairman of the Joint Operating Committee at Cumberland Perry Vocational Technical School.

    Sheri and her husband, Steve can be found on weekends at their cabin in Milroy, PA. They have enjoyed traveling in the US and Europe. They are the proud parents of Joshua who gradu-ated from Kent State University with a B.S. in Aeronautics and currently works at Morristown Municipal Airport, NJ as an Airport Operations Coordinator. Joshua is also a private licensed private pilot working toward a commercial license. They were blessed in July of 2019 to wel-come a new daughter-in-law, Jessica, to their family, who is a special education teacher.

    Donna Chobot, CEOE (Region 7 Representative)


    Donna Chobot is employed by the East Penn School District as an Administrative Assistant at Willow Lane Elementary School. She has been with the East Penn School District since Oc-tober 1997. Donna began with the district in the Technology Department as a Technology Assistant and transferred to Willow Lane Elementary when it opened in July 2010. She is looking forward to continue serving as the Region 7 Representative.

    Donna has been married to John for 36 years and has two adult children named Megan and Tim. Both have chosen the nursing and work for the Lehigh Valley Health Newtwork. Tim is a CRNA and Megan is an RN in Acute Rehab at the same hospital. John and donna have one granddaughter named Hope and spend as much time as possible with her. Being a grandpar-ent is truly the BEST!!

    Rita Balik,  (Region 8 Representative)


    Rita is employed by the Southern Lehigh School District where she serves as Secretary to the Support Services Department. She has been with the Southern Lehigh School Dis-trict since 2007. Rita provides administrative support for the transportation services, cus-todians, buildings and grounds as well as construction projects. She attended her first PAEOP Conference in 2013 and has been attending every year since.
    Rita resides in Hellertown with her husband Joey and daughter Brittni. She also has two grown daughters, two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren, soon to be four. Rita loves working out at the gym, walking, kayaking, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.

    Stephanie Nallo,  (Region 9 Co-Representative  - Lancaster/Lebanon Counties)


    Stephanie Nallo began serving as the representative for the Lancaster/Lebanon portion of Region 9 in 2021. She previously served as the Region 12 Representative from 2015-2021. She is a current member of NAEOP, PAEOP and her local affiliate LLAEOP. Stephanie has worked in educational offices for over 18 years. She is the Executive Assistant to the Director/JOC Recording Secretary at Lancaster County Career & Technology Center, and previously worked in a college and high school. Prior to her work in education, she worked in county government offices. Stephanie is married and the mother of two adult daughters. She lives with her husband, two cats, a mini-dachshund, and her black lab.

    Carol Tucker, CEOE  (Region 9 Co-Representative - Franklin, Adams & York Counties)


    Carol Tucker, CEOE, has been an Administrative Assistant at Bermudian Springs School District in Adams County, PA for 16 years. She was the Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent for the first 4 years of her career, and has been the Administra-tive Assistant to both the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent for the past 12 years. She is a member of the district’s Safety Committee, Staff Recognition Committee and Wellness Committee.

    Carol is a 7-year member of PAEOP and NAEOP and received her PSP Certificate and CEOE distinction in September of 2019. She is looking forward to working with the PAEOP executive board as the Region 9 Representative for Franklin, York and Adams Counties, and sharing all the benefits of being a part of an organization that supports hardworking EOP’s across the state. During her free time, Carol enjoys organic garden-ing, hiking, reading, and being married to her husband of 37 years.

    Richella Daub works at Lower Merion School District which her current role is the Administrative Assistant in the Student Services/Special Education Department. She has been with the District for 7 years which she started in the Superintendents office. Prior to her employment at the District she was a Paralegal for a local law firm where she worked in Special Education Law. She is a current member of NAEOP and PAEOP. She attended her first PAEOP Conference in 2016. Richella just became the Region 11 Representative and looks forward to serving.

    Richella resides in Collegeville with her husband and 5 year old son. She will be wel-coming their second child, a little girl, early April. Richella loves to travel, which one day hopes to cross off her bucket list that she has visited every State.

    Donna Romanowski (Region 15 Representative)


    Donna Romanowski, CEOE, is an administrative assistant working in the area of Special Education. Working in this particular area of education she developed a deep interest in special education law, which led her to pursue an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Delaware County Community College. She enjoys her role within the Chester County Intermediate Unit and feels a sense of accomplishment supporting special needs students, parents, teachers, administrators and school districts.

    Within the CCIU Donna volunteers in activities such as: United Way, Children's Scholar-ship Fund and FunShine Committees (coordinates activities and fundraisers within the or-ganization). Also, she is a committee member for the Chester County Association of Edu-cational Office Professionals (CCAEOP). The CCAEOP Team coordinates professional learning, activities and events which benefit office professionals within Chester County School Districts.

    Donna also is a Cathy Miller Cancer Fund committee member. This organization supports cancer patients and families offering comfort, support and care for someone undergoing cancer treatment. Fashion for the Cure is one of the events which she also serves as ticket coordinator. She has also volunteered at the Hope Lodge serving dinner to cancer patients and families.

    Donna currently resides in West Grove. She is married and has two children and three grandchildren.

     Donna Romanowski
    Dianne Binkley (Nominating Co-chair)


    Dianne has enjoyed her career working in education. She is recently retired after 11 years at DeSales University and 17 plus years in the Special Education and Student Services Department at Southern Lehigh School District.

    Dianne attended her first Bucks-Lehigh AEOP two months after being hired at Southern Lehigh. For many years she coordinated the organization’s community service projects. As a member of BLAEOP she later served as vice-president and president. She joined PAEOP in 2002 and served as Nominating Co-Chair since 2012. Having joined NAEOP in 2010 she earned her PSP Associate Professional, Option I certification.

    She resides in Center Valley with her husband of 42 years, Keith. Dianne and Keith have two sons, Brian who lives in Minnesota and Mark who lives in Wescosville. They have and five beautiful grandchildren, Nathan, Lyla, Grant, Weston, and Kaydence. Dianne enjoys reading, crafting and anything involving sewing, especially counted cross stitch. She loves walking and biking. Weekends Dianne can be found at their cabin at Lake Wallenpaupack.

    Kathy Himes, CEOE (Nominating Co-Chair)


    Kathy recently retired as Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent of the Blairsville-Saltsburg School District after 21 years. She has been a member of PAEOP during those 21 years, the last 15 years serving as Region 2 Representative, 4 years as Constitution/Bylaws Chairman, and 4 years Co-Chairman of the Gertrude E. Kopf Award.

    She has attended fall workshops, spring conferences and national conferences that have prepared her to continue with duties of the association as well as her position with the district. Kathy obtained PSP certificate in September 2005 and CEOE distinction with re-certifications in 2010 and 2015.

    It is Kathy’s intention to spend more quality time with her grandsons, Matthew age 18 and Maxwell age 4. working in her yard, reading and reconnecting with family and friends. Kathy encourages all edu-cational office professionals to become involved with PAEOP as a group of colleagues that offer professional develop-ment, encouragement, advice and support.

    Linda Miller (Hermine Solt Student Scholarship)


    Linda serves as Secretary to the Superintendent at Unionville-Chadds Ford School District in Chester County. Before moving to the District Office, she was the Principal’s Secretary at Unionville High School. She has worked in education for 13 years.

    Linda has been a member of PAEOP for three years and was invited to be the Region 14 Rep-resentative in 2019. She has attended Spring Conference each of these three years and thor-oughly enjoyed the sessions as well as networking with other EOPs from across the state.

    She resides near West Chester with her husband of 28 years, David. Linda and David have two sons, Justin who lives in Glen Burnie, MD, and Jeffrey who lives in West Chester. Linda enjoys quilting, the beach, and spending time with friends and family.

    Patty Keller is an Assistant for the Principal of the Upper Perkiomen Middle School where she has been employed for the past 30 years. Patty has been a member of PAEOP for the past 27 years. She has served as region representative; treasurer; budget chair; planning committee; co-chair for nominating committee; ways & means, audit committee and co-chair of the affiliates committee.

    Patty has also served on several other local committees.

    Patty also works part-time as a travel consultant at BarMar in Quakertown. She enjoys travel-ing around the world and spending time with family and friends.
    Patty lives with her husband, Rick. She has a daughter, Krystal, three grandsons, Koy, Koen, and Konor and a new baby granddaughter Kali, born Jan 4, 2018.
