PAEOP Executive Board Members
for the 2024-2026 Term
The following educational office professionals have been elected to serve as the Executive Board for the next two years.
Brief biographical sketches of each member of the team are provided.
OFFICERS
Co-President: Lynelle Hollen, CEOE Retired
Lynelle has worked in the Great Valley School District in Chester County where she serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent for almost 30 years. She has been involved in PAEOP for over two decades, participating in a variety of positions: President, President–Elect/Conference Planning Chair, Membership Director, Fall Workshop Coordinator, Nominating Committee Co-Chair, and Regional Representative.
Additionally, Lynelle has been a member of NAEOP for close to 20 years and earned her CEOE distinction in 2006. She is grateful for the experience gained through attendance at the National Conferences throughout the country. Lynelle appreciates the opportunities for personal and professional growth that PAEOP provides and the challenge to grow through service in the organization.
She feels the best part of involvement with PAEOP is the people she has had the privilege to meet, know, work with, and call friends. Lynelle and her husband, Mark, enjoy family and friends and traveling whenever possible.
Co-President: Bonnie J. Miller, CEOE
Bonnie J. Miller, CEOE, is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Pace School.
She has served on the PAEOP Board of Directors in various roles, including President, Co-President, Treasurer and Regional Representative. She has enjoyed all of her roles on the PAEOP board, and is especially passionate to serve as the PSP Chairman, the nationally sponsored program.
Bonnie was the 2022-2023 NAEOP President and has served in numerous positions on the NAEOP Board of Directors since 2012. Currently, she is serving on the NAEOP board as the Immediate Past President, PSP Chairman and Past Presidents Affiliation Chairman.
Her involvement with PAEOP has given her professional and personal growth well beyond her imagination. In addition, she has made lifelong friends, and has had the opportunity to work with and learn from very talented colleagues across the state.
Bonnie has been married to her husband, John, for 35 years, and they have three children. Brittany is a Licensed Social Worker for a public school, and her twin sons are engineers and work in the Pittsburgh area. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family at their camp.
Immediate Past President: Dawn Crossan, CEOE
Dawn started at Warwick School District in 1998, doing taxes and accounting. She joined LLAEOP, the local affiliate. Joined PAEOP a year or so later when she went to her first spring conference.
Dawn accepted a job at Pequea Valley in 2008, doing taxes, census and accounting, and is now the Accounts Payable/Purchasing Coordinator. She became the key person and encouraged Pequea Valley office professionals to join LLAEOP, as no one at PV had been a member for several years. In 2012, she was installed as the Region 9 Region Rep. She was installed as PAEOP Treasurer in May 2016 and served as Treasurer for four years. In 2020 she was installed as President-elect and Conference Planner. Dawn joined NAEOP to pursue the PSP certification and CEOE distinction. She completed both in May 2013. She attended the national conference in Alexandria, VA in July, where she was acknowledged nationally for receiving them, along with three others from PAEOP. She is an advocate for encouraging others to obtain their PSP certification.
She lives in Lancaster County with her husband, Scott and son Tyler, and two cats, Licorice and Smudge. She spends a lot of time with her daughter and son-in-law and their two daughters, Olivia, who will be 4 in February, and Victoria, who just turned 2 in January.
Co-President Elect: Theresa Brickley Theresa has been with the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology (CPI) for over 23 years. CPI is a Career and Technology Center that serves Centre County. Theresa currently is the Executive Secretary to the President and Secretary for the Joint Operating Committee and Local Advisory Committee. Along with these duties, Theresa also handles all aspects of payroll, time and attendance, and serves on several committees. During her employment at CPI she has served in the Accounts Payable Department and was the Attendance Secretary for six years. She has completed the Dale Carnegie course and was given the Highest Award of Achievement by her fellow classmates. Before coming to CPI, Theresa worked in property management. Theresa has served PAEOP as Treasurer, Secretary, and Region Representative.
She has been married to husband Gene for 33 years with a grown son (Cody) and daughter (Ashlyn).
Co-President Elect: Open Secretary: Sheri Moyer, CEOE
Sheri Moyer, CEOE, currently serves as the Coordinator of Special Education Student Services with the Harrisburg School District. Sheri has worked for various educational entities since 2010. Sheri has an Associate of Arts Degree from the Harrisburg Area Community College, is a licensed cosmetologist, and has owned her own hair salon for over 40 years. Sheri is a member of NAEOP and PAEOP. Sheri's volunteer service has also been reflective of her belief and support of public education, having served as a School Director in the West Shore School District for eight years and Chairman of the Cumberland Perry Career and Technical Center for two years.
Sheri and her husband, Steve have one son, Joshua, who lives in New Jersey and works as Vice President of Corporate Aviation for Goldman Sachs. Joshua is also a licensed private and commercial pilot. Their daughter-in law, Jessica is a learning support teacher. The family was very excited to have welcomed the first grandchild, Ellen Marie to the family in December of 2023.
Sheri and her husband can be found on weekends at their cabin in Milroy, PA and have been blessed to travel to many places in the United States and the world. Sheri loves to spend time viewing the countryside from the back of a motorcycle, garden, and taking care of her Ragdoll cats, Harley and Smokey. The activity that is most special to Sheri is spending time with her sweet granddaughter "Ellie" and the new title of Mimi.
Treasurer: Officer Appointed Membership Director: Leslie Elder Leslie Elder has worked at the Bellefonte Area School District for 28 years. She is currently the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Recording Secretary for the Board of School Directors. While at Bellefonte, Leslie has also served as Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent and Secretary to the Principal at the Bellefonte Area Middle School.
Leslie lives in Pleasant Gap with her husband, Andy. They have been married for 35 years and have two grown children. Seth lives in Washington DC with Leighton, and Mary in State College with Ian. Mary and Ian will be married in the fall of 2025. Recently, Leslie and Andy added chaos to their quiet home by adopting two kittens named Midge and Susie. Leslie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
She is happy to serve as Membership Chair.
EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS
Region 1 Representative: Gabrielle Malinowski
Gabrielle is the Student Services Secretary for Millcreek Township School District in Erie County. At the age of 29, she has been an administrative office employee for 5 years. She also volunteers as a basketball coach for one of her counties travel leagues.
Gabrielle is a newlywed as of January 2024 and lives in Erie with her wife, Tabitha and two sons, Jacob and Brody. Jacob serves on his school’s student council committee, while Brody is the athlete of the family participating in both basketball and football. Gabrielle and Tabitha also have two dogs, Rae and Kona and a cat named Arlo, who might as well be a dog himself. Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends and anything outdoors.
She is excited to gain her knowledge within PAEOP and represent region 1.

Region 4 Representative: Tracy Long Tracy Long has worked at the Keystone Central School District for over 30 years. She is currently the human resources generalist and school board secretary for the Board of School Directors. While at KCSD, Tracy also served as Tax Office Secretary, Central Mountain High School Secretary, and Bucktail High/Middle School Secretary.
Tracy currently serves on the PSBA School Board Secretary Steering Committee. She enjoys meeting other school board secretaries from across the region.
Tracy lives in Renovo, Pennsylvania with her family. She has two grown children and one grandson. She has two rescue greyhounds, a black lab, and a grandpuppy. Tracy enjoys reading, skiing, golfing, and spending time with her family. She is glad to be able to serve as the Region 4 Representative.

Region 6 Representative: Jenn Williams, CEOE
Jenn Williams, CEOE, has worked for the Warrior Run School District for 17 years. She began as a kindergarten aide, and then moved to become Elementary School Secretary. For the last 10 years, she has been the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent. Jenn is a member of NAEOP and PAEOP.
Jenn lives in Hughesville with her husband Steve. They have two grown daughters, and 2 yorkies named Bear and Belle, and a yorkie mix named Diesel. Jenn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, camping, and skiing. She is excited to be able to serve as the Region 6 Representative!

My name is Janice Boyer. I am the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent at Warwick School District, located in Lititz, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. I have been an educational office professional for about 25 years and truly enjoy my job. About 5 years ago, I served as the President of the Lancaster Lebanon Association of Educational Office Professionals (LLAEOP). I am looking to broaden my experience by taking a role with PAEOP.
I am married to my husband, Robin, for 35 years this June, and we have two wonderful adult daughters (Megan & Kristen). I enjoy cross stitch, crafting, hiking, and traveling.

Region 12 Representative: Elizabeth Woolf
Elizabeth Woolf has worked at the Troy Area School District for 5 years. She is currently the Confidential Executive Administrator to the Superintendent. While at Troy, Elizabeth also served as the Administrative Assistant to the Special Education Department. Elizabeth is married and has three boys. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys hiking, kayaking and bonfires with friends. Elizabeth looks forward to the opportunity to serve as the Region 12 Representative.

Region 15 Representative: Joanne Piombino Joanne Piombino, works at Great Valley School District in Malvern Pennsylvania as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Technology. As a lifelong learner, at fifty years old, Joanne achieved a master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa. She has worked in a variety of roles within K-12 and Higher Education institutions, but always within the technology departments. She has been a tech aide, Help Desk Specialist, Technology Integrator, and Language Lab coordinator. Although her favorite role was creating the KTT club (Kids Teaching Teachers) in one of the elementary schools. She had wonderful student volunteers who helped deliver laptop carts, make audio recordings, and do basic troubleshooting in the classroom to assist teachers. The things that bring her joy outside of work are golfing, biking, and spending time with her two adult daughters.
Constitution and Bylaws: Kathy Himes, CEOE Retired
Kathy retired as Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent of the Blairsville Saltsburg School District in 2018 after 21 years. She has been a member of PAEOP for over 27 years, serving as Region 2 Representative, Constitution/Bylaws Chairman, and as Co-Chairman of the Gertrude E. Kopf Award.
She has attended fall workshops, spring conferences and national conferences that have prepared her to continue with the duties of the association. Kathy obtained her PSP certificate in September 2005 and CEOE distinction with re-certifications in 2010 and 2015.
Kathy encourages all educational office professionals to become involved with PAEOP as a group of colleagues that offer professional development, encouragement, advice and support.

Webmaster: Stephanie Nallo Stephanie Nallo began serving as the representative for the Lancaster/Lebanon portion of Region 9 in 2021. She previously served as the Region 12 Representative from 2015-2021. She is a current member of NAEOP, PAEOP and her local affiliate, LLAEOP.
Stephanie has worked in educational offices since 1998. She is the Administrative Assistant to the Principal at Lancaster County Career & Technology Center, and previously worked in a college and high school. Prior to her work in education, she worked in county government offices.
Stephanie is married and the mother of two adult daughters. She lives with her husband, two cats, a mini-dachshund, and her black lab.
